Curriculum
Program of Study
A student working toward the MBA in Agribusiness will:
- Gain a background in the functional components of business administration
- Develop an understanding of the food and agricultural economy
- Build strong analytical and decision making skills
The program combines the expertise of both the College of Business Administration and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. You will share many of the same courses with general MBA students.
The first-year curriculum focuses on the basics of business. Cross functional classes apply skills learned in one class to develop solutions in another class. Business skills are honed, and electives allow students to tailor a program to their career interest. A total of 48 hours are required to complete the MBA degree.
